Dead easy — Dundee train station is literally a 5-minute walk away. ScotRail runs frequent services from Edinburgh (1h 20m), Glasgow (1h 30m), and Aberdeen (1h 10m). Loads of people come in on the train and walk straight down to the waterfront.
Is there parking nearby?
There's parking at Dundee Waterfront and the city centre car parks (Gellatly Street and Shore Terrace are close). That said, on festival nights the city gets busy — the train is honestly your best bet and saves the hassle.
What are the best pubs and pre-drinks spots nearby?
The Jute Café Bar and Braes Bar are popular pre-festival spots. The Counting House on Reform Street is great for a pint before heading down. The waterfront itself has a few bars that get lively on festival weekends.

Is there a dress code?
No dress code — it's an outdoor music festival in July. Pack layers though, this is Scotland! A light jacket and comfortable shoes are recommended. The Slessor Gardens site is mostly standing on grass and paving.
