Under UK law (Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024), tickets resold above face value on secondary markets must disclose the original face value. Turnstile Exchange operates on a face-value-only basis — sellers may list at or below the original face value paid. No price gouging. Booking fees are non-recoverable and should not be added to the listing price. Both London and Manchester shows are expected to be in high demand — list early and fairly.

FAQs

How do I get to the O2 Arena in London?

Easiest way is the Jubilee line to North Greenwich — the arena is a 5-minute walk from the station. You can also get a Thames Clipper from central London piers which is a brilliant way to arrive. Parking is available on site but pricey — public transport is much easier.

How do I get to the AO Arena in Manchester?

Manchester Victoria station is right next to the AO Arena — literally a 2-minute walk. Direct trains from most major cities, plus multiple Metrolink tram lines. Honestly one of the easiest arenas in the country to get to. No excuses for being late!

What time do doors open?

Arena doors typically open 90 minutes before showtime — usually around 6:30pm for a 8pm show, but check your ticket for exact times. Peter Kay shows tend to start bang on time, so don't be faff-arsing around in the bar when he walks on.

Are there good pubs nearby?

London O2: The nearby Entertainment District has plenty of bars inside the O2 complex itself. For proper pubs, head to Greenwich town centre — The Trafalgar Tavern on the riverside is a classic. Manchester AO Arena: You're in the city centre — Mackie Mayor, the Northern Quarter, and Spinningfields are all within a short walk or tram ride. Knocking back a pint at a proper Manchester boozer before Peter Kay feels very right.

Is it seated or standing?

Both venues have a mix — floor can be standing (festival-style) or seated depending on the show configuration. Check your ticket type. Lower and Upper Tier is always seated. Premium and VIP packages are seated with extra perks.

Can I resell my ticket above face value?

No — Turnstile Exchange is face-value only. That means the price on your ticket, not including booking fees. It's the fair way to do it, and frankly Peter Kay fans are sound — let's keep it that way.

What should I expect from the show?

Pure comedy gold. Expect callbacks to classic routines, brilliant observational humour, and almost certainly a massive singalong to 'Is This the Way to Amarillo'. Wear something comfortable — you'll be laughing a lot.
